PRODUCT- SHELL/SKELETON BUILDING

 

Following the developers various interaction and feedback from potential customers, it was discovered that many Nigerians prefer to complete/finish their houses at their own pace and upon availability of fund while in occupation. Based on the foregoing, they decided to introduce Shell/ Skeleton buildings to cater for these categories of customers as well supporting it with mortgage facility.

 

This is a Skeletal or unfinished or an uncompleted building.  For the purpose of this write-up, Shell/skeleton building at Lonex Gardens Estate comprises the following elements:

 

Substructure: Reinforced Concrete ground beams, well compacted earth filling, damp-proof- membrane, and reinforced concrete slab.

 

Frame Structure: Reinforced concrete column and beams, roof beams, suspended slab, roof tank slab and staircase completely executed.

 

Roof and Roof Member: Oven-Baked Aluminum roofing sheet, purling, rafter, noggins, and tie beam with fascia board are to be in place.

 

External and Internaland external Walls: Block work is to be fully constructed.

 

External plastering: The only finishing will be external plastering of the building.
